I’m Garland Kelley, a CRM & AI Strategist, RevOps Consultant, and SAFe-certified Agile leader based in Nashville, TN. With over a decade of experience guiding digital transformation initiatives, I help organizations unify their data, optimize revenue operations, and scale customer experiences using CRM platforms, AI Tools, Work Management Systems, and Enterprise systems like ERP and PIM.

I’ve led cross-functional CRM and RevOps programs that connected customer data across CRM, ERP, AI chat, and eCommerce — giving Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams a true single source of truth.

Outside of client work, I’m an avid musician and audio engineer, writing and recording in my home studio.
